This feature is part of the mobile app. Imagine you came to a cafe and you saw a person you like. You wanted to introduce yourself to the person but you were afraid the person were not open to it. So you opened SwanLove mobile app and saw nearby people who were open to being approached romantically. You could send a request to approach someone. Then they could read your profile to see if you were a good match or not. They could send 'yes' answer to you so you could approach them nearby.
